First and foremost, the team was looking to extend the reporting capabilities of HubSpot and present sales and activity KPIs in a clear and visual way.

The team wanted to bring a clear structure to weekly sales team meetings. HubSpot’s own reporting felt limited and the reporting options were not optimal for running meetings.
