Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — every plan comes with a 10-day free trial, no credit card required. You’ll get full access to all features, integrations, and data refreshes so you can see Dear Lucy in action.

What’s included in the free trial?

Everything. During your trial, you’ll have full access to all Dear Lucy features — including 300+ ready-made reports, forecasting, goals, revenue insights, CRM hygiene tools, predictive deal scoring, hourly data refresh, brand styling, mobile access, and even TV and embedding options.

Which CRMs and tools do you integrate with?

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visma Severa and database connections. You can also embed dashboards directly inside your CRM, intranet, or TV displays.

How often is my data updated?

Every hour by default, with the option to customize refresh intervals if needed.

Can I customize the dashboards?

Yes — you can apply your brand colors, choose from 300+ ready-made reports, create custom metrics, and build entirely new dashboards for your team.

Do you charge in USD or EUR?

We charge customers based on their location:

• USD ($) for customers in the US, UK, Australia, and other regions outside the EU.

• EUR (€) for customers within Europe.

Prices are identical — for example, $49 = €49. The billing currency is confirmed at checkout.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Yes! All plans are available monthly or annually.

When billed annually, you get 2 months free — that’s 12 months of Dear Lucy for the price of 10.

Here’s what that means in practice:

• INSIGHT: $490 per year

• PERFORMANCE: $1,990 per year

• INTELLIGENCE: $3,990 per year

You can switch from monthly to annual anytime.

What happens after my trial ends?

If you decide to continue, simply choose the plan that best fits your needs. Your data and setup stay intact — you’ll just select which dashboards and features to keep based on your chosen plan.

If you decide not to continue, your trial and all associated data will be automatically deleted.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Dear Lucy is fully GDPR compliant, offers enterprise-grade security, and supports SSO for eligible plans.

Do you provide onboarding support?

Yes — Intelligence, and Enterprise plans include onboarding (according to the agreed onboarding package), and Enterprise customers receive full custom implementation and dedicated support.
