Do you offer a free version?
We offer a free trial that allows your team to test Dear Lucy for 10 days. You can sign-up here.
What is included in the free trial?
You get access to all our main features and our pre-built metrics, forecasting models, and interactive dashboards. You can create your own views and invite as many colleagues as you like. Some of our more advanced features and custom metrics are only available once you sign-up for a paid plan.
What payment options do you offer?
Our payments are securely processed by Stripe and we accept all the major credit cards. You can also request an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
Can anyone on our team take the free trial?
When you sign-up for a free trial, you create a Dear Lucy workspace for your company and can connect Dear Lucy to the CRM system your team uses. In some cases, you may need to check that your CRM user rights allow you to add new integrations.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After the free trial, if you have not updated your payment details or agreed to something else with our team, your Dear Lucy environment will be automatically deleted within 30 days of your free trial end date.
Is Dear Lucy GDPR compliant? Where is our data stored?
We are a European software company and our software has been built to be fully GRPD compliant. We protect your data with the latest industry standards and host it within the European Economic Area. In addition, our system is security audited by a third party on a regular basis. We have strict internal data protection guidelines and only authorized team members have access to your Dear Lucy environment.
