Dear Lucy has been officially approved for the HubSpot App Marketplace. The new Marketplace listing page allows HubSpot customers to easily connect their HubSpot with Dear Lucy and set up real-time business dashboards.
HubSpot App Marketplace is a place to discover apps and 3rd party integrations that enhance and expand HubSpot. Currently, HubSpot has over 300 app partners, based in over 30 countries. All apps in the marketplace are reviewed and certified by HubSpot's team of developers.
A new blog by Scott Brinker, VP Platform Ecosystem at HubSpot, describes the importance and role of the app ecosystem to HubSpot in his latest blog post:
“HubSpot is committed to building an open platform that can serve as a “hub” for the myriad apps across your business that all contribute to improving the customer experience. We want to make it easy for you to orchestrate these apps, to better serve your customers, and to help you grow better.”
The blog post also reveals the great numbers behind the App Marketplace:
“Of our 64,000+ customers, 93% have installed at least one app or integration. On average, customers install five apps each, and some customers have more than 10 integrations. Across our entire user base, including those working with our free products, 700,000 apps have been installed.”

This way, customers do not have to spend precious time in designing dashboards from scratch but get a pre-built set of dashboards they can start using right away.
The web-based dashboards are responsive meaning they work on any screen size from smartphones to office TV screens.
